We hope you love your Earthwise products. Because our items are personal care products, we have a limited return policy in place to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

To request a return, please contact us at info@earthwise-llc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@earthwise-llc.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
