Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products only.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can help make it right.

Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are 100% vegan, and we always clearly label them as such.
Some products, like those made with raw honey or goat milk, are not vegan. We include full ingredient lists on every product page so you can easily choose what’s right for you.

Will this dry out my skin?
Our soaps are formulated with nourishing oils and butters that cleanse without stripping your skin. Many customers are surprised by how soft and comfortable their skin feels after using our bars.
If you have very dry or sensitive skin, we recommend choosing a gentle or unscented bar and always following up with a moisturizer.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are made with sensitive skin in mind and are free from synthetic fragrance and harsh additives. Every product includes a full ingredient list so you can make an informed choice.
