We do our best to ship orders quickly and carefully so your Earthwise products arrive safely and ready to use.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) ship the next business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM ship within 1–2 business days.
During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Orders ship via USPS or comparable carriers
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations : Canada, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom, Australia
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
- All international orders include tracking
Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Earthwise is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal services.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident trying Earthwise.
If your order arrives and you decide it’s not the right fit, unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders
Due to the complexity of international shipping, international orders are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
